This rumour has been in rounds for the last one week and CBN wants to handover party central affairs to Bala Krishna as he cannot rely upon Hari Krishna.
CBN was attacked about managing party's affairs while he was in Meekosam while big wigs like Devender Goud,Ram Chandraiah resigned.So he wants to keep a second power house with Balakrishna and might not face any opposition within the party as many consider him way times better than Hari Krishna.
CBN already started his trademark "Vennupotu" by bringing his son Lokesh to inaugurate NTR Model School.
